Please see advertised Timeshare resort weeks available for purchase from the owners. All listings are privately owned and pricing and any negotiations are between you and the owners. The advertised weeks may vary from fixed, floating to bi-annual weeks throughout the year at there nominated location.
Royale Timeshare Resales does not handle the sale contract/ transfer or conveyancing for the purchasing of the advertised resort week/s, you and the current owner will need to organize this with the resort or related management company. Please enquiry about the purchasing of any of the ownerships listed below and we will be happy to assist you with you with your enquiry.
BUYING TIMESHARE WEEKS
All information supplied by Royale Timeshare Resales (RTR) is general in nature. The management company of some of the resorts listed below has supplied RTR some general information about their resorts.
It is your responsibility to ensure you check directly with your chosen resort / management company about their timeshare for all Terms and Conditions.
General example only and not limited too – Remaining term on timeshare ownership, room availability, booking procedure, room allocation, booking window, seasons, special levy, annual Levy and annual levy increases along with all other terms and conditions of the potential purchase of a timeshare prior to proceeding.
