The advertised weeks may vary from fixed, floating to bi-annual weeks throughout the year at there nominated location.
Royale Timeshare Resales does not handle the sale contract/ transfer or conveyancing for the purchasing of the advertised resort week/s, you and the current owner will need to organize this with the resort or related management company. Seller/ Purchaser will need to organize payment of all related transfer/ conveyancing and associated fees. (These are NOT included in owners advertised price)
